Q: How do LegalShield members submit a service request?

A: Members can submit a service request through one of four ways:

  1. LegalShield’s Mobile App
The LegalShield mobile app makes it easy for enrolled participants to access their benefits
and creates a customer-centric, hassle-free experience. With this technology, we’ve
enhanced relationships between provider firms and participants. The mobile app makes it
more convenient to use the plan, and you can get the legal help you need quickly while on
the go. A desktop version of the mobile app is also available.
  2. LegalShield’s Member Portal
You can access your LegalShield member portal to view account information, access free
resources, such as legal forms, schedule consultations, and message your lawyer.
  3. Phone Call
Submitting a service request via phone lets you quickly connect with a knowledgeable legal
professional. With just a phone call, you can request legal assistance, schedule
consultations, or inquire about the status of your case. This option ensures a personal, real-
time interaction with a LegalShield representative, providing a direct and efficient way to
access the legal support you need.
  4. Email
Participants can also submit service requests via email for a more convenient, written
